The project is going through review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), with the City of Lancaster as lead agency.
The campus is designed to use land, energy and water efficiently. Habitat and cultural resources are being studied as part of the environmental review.
The project will create construction and long-term operating jobs and support the local economy.

Public input is an important part of the review process. The City of Lancaster manages the opportunities to comment, including public notices, meetings and hearings. The City will announce them through its official channels.

GGF develops large-scale infrastructure that supplies on-site power to AI computing. It brings together generation, storage and digital infrastructure, and it leads each project from site selection through financing and delivery.
Together, the team brings project development, energy and infrastructure experience to Lancaster One, and works closely with the City of Lancaster and the local community.
